A Northern Light
So for my choice novel, I'm reading A Northern Light. It sounded like a good book when I read the preview, but I had no idea that it would take so long to read. It's not really a fast read at all. I enjoy the plot line with the murder/drowning, but it's hard to follow because of the jumpy plotline. I get introduced to the characters, but I have no idea where they came from. That will always bother me, no matter which book I read.

I've read this book before too and I agree. The plot line tends to go along at a good pace, but then the author goes off on a tangent that really goes no where and turns out to be completely pointless. I also didn't like the ending because it didn't describe what happened to the main character.
ReplyDeleteI heard this book was really good before I even took the class but from what I've heard from you and alysha makes me not want to read it as much.
ReplyDeleteI think i would be too easily confused with it and just get frustrated and quit.
